The hotel is located in Kirish, on the seashore.The complex consists of the main building, Arycanda and Fame Garden buildings and two Limra Park buildings. There is a swimming pool, a water park with 5 slides and a furnished sun terrace. The hotel has a number of restaurants and bars.
